TRAIT is a small collection where I push my thoughts around, gather the things I find worth keeping, and share my humble lessons about AI, learned the hard way. No promises that cannot be kept, no technical waffle, no hazy concepts. I write about what I try, about what works and what did not. Many of these notes will age badly; they will stay online all the same, for posterity, that is the contract.
The arrival of AI is not something I read about in articles, I lived it. I was a plain developer, worked my way up to team lead, and started coding with AI assistance on in-house, B2B and B2C projects. I got my team to adopt it before it really became fashionable. AI changed my work so much that I had become a project manager without realising it. Today I have embraced that career, and I count on many agents that assist me with more or less complex tasks every day. I am also part of the committee in charge of turning my company into an AI-native organisation.
I have recently decided to take on properly what I was already doing on my own time: tutoring, assisting and advising SMEs on learning and integrating AI tools. I put my experience and my judgement at your disposal, to offer you a gentle integration fitted to your needs. I do not hand you the tools, I hand you the keys to build them yourselves, because after all, who knows a trade better than the experts who make a living from it?
